What if Plus does not earn its $300 for me?

Your free trial runs until Plus has brought you $300 in orders, or for 60 days from the day you start, whichever comes first. After that, Clartiv+ bills at $29 a month unless you pause or cancel it from the Plus hub.

What happens if I cancel?

Your storefront, dishes, orders and regulars stay with you. The tax export is a Clartiv+ tool, so download what you need before you cancel.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. Pause or cancel any month, any time, from the Plus hub in the app.

What happens if I do not cook one month?

Clartiv+ is a monthly subscription, so the bill arrives every month you are subscribed, whether or not you cooked. If you need a break, there is one "Pause Clartiv+" button in the Plus hub: billing stops at the end of the current cycle, Plus tools turn off, and your free Clartiv storefront stays open. Resume any time to turn Plus back on from your next billing cycle.

What if I close my storefront for a while?

Closing or pausing your storefront is a separate action from Plus billing. If Clartiv+ is on, it keeps billing even while your storefront is closed to buyers, because the tools are still running for you. Pause Clartiv+ itself to stop the bill.
