What happens when a week goes wrong.
A subscription is a promise repeated every week. These are the rules that hold it up when someone cannot keep it.
100% of the food price to the cook
Clartiv adds a small fee to the buyer, never to the cook. The cook's price is the cook's price.
Money held until pickup
The buyer's card is charged before each pickup, but the money sits protected. It releases to the cook only after the handover.
Cook cannot cook? Buyer is refunded.
Automatic. No forms, no chasing. If a menu is not posted in time, we skip the week and nobody is charged.
Two misses in a row? The club pauses.
If a cook misses two publish windows, we auto-pause the whole club and refund members. That protects everyone, including the cook's reputation.
