A few things people always ask.

Is there delivery?

No, and that is deliberate. Pickup keeps food at its best, keeps prices honest, and keeps the connection between the two people involved.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel well before the cook starts shopping and you are refunded in full. Closer to pickup, the cook has already bought ingredients and spent their evening, so the terms respect that.

Can I order for a group?

Yes. Many cooks take larger orders with a few days of notice. Ask them in the app and they will tell you what they can do.

Is Clartiv in my city?

We open communities one at a time, only once we can verify cooks there properly. Tell us where you are and you will hear from us when we arrive.
