Read the local rules
Selling food made at home is legal in much of Canada, inside rules that change by province and city. We read them before anything else.

Verify the first cooks
In person where it matters. We help each founding cook get cleared for exactly what they want to sell.

Then invite buyers
Only once there is genuinely something worth buying. An empty marketplace is worse than no marketplace.

Stay until pickups are second nature
We stay close until every handover just works. Then we do the same in the next neighbourhood.
